We are focused on finding good cash flowing properties, as we all know Real Estate produces the best results over longer periods of ownership. Must be in good appreciating areas, we'll hold on to them for at least 5 years.

RENOVATION & CONSTRUCTION 

In the prelude to a new project, our initial scope of work is carefully outlined, and as the project is secured, a more comprehensive plan is developed. Project managers and field managers collaborate in meetings to discuss, plan, and articulate an execution strategy that guides the project through to completion.

The majority of our contractors and sub-contractors operate in-house. Our dedicated field project manager assumes a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of renovations, ensuring adherence to processes, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvements.

Simultaneously, another team member takes charge of all legalities, city permits, zoning by-law requirements, and orchestrates inspection meetings and "walk-throughs" as needed for specific projects. This multifaceted approach ensures a seamless integration of project management, field operations, and legal compliance throughout the entire project lifecycle
